From this chat, it seems as if Sushant was being given drugs. Now after this important revelation, Sushant's sister Shweta has demanded strict action on Riya immediately from CBI.

Sushant Singh Rajput's case took a new turn when Riya Chakraborty's WhatsApp chat surfaced in which she is allegedly discussing illegal use of drugs such as MDMA, Hashish, and Marijuana with a drug dealer. Some of Riya's messages have surfaced in which she has spoken to a talent management employer Jaya Saha and alleged drug dealer Gaurav Arya in November 2019 for allegedly giving drugs to Sushant.

After Riya's chats appear, the direction of investigation of this case will change. After this revelation, Shweta Singh Kirti, sister of Sushant Singh Rajput, has requested the CBI to take action immediately. He tweeted, 'This is a criminal case. CBI should take immediate action on this.

ED Extracted Information from Riya's Mobile Phone

Explain that the CBI officials investigating Sushant's case met the officials of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday. The ED is already investigating the financial irregularities in Sushant's case. In this investigation, the ED seized Riya's phone and laptop, from which this shocking information has been revealed. The ED then shared Riya's data with the CBI team and the Narcotics Department.

Riya's Lawyer's Statement Surfaced

However, after the recent allegations on Riya Chakraborty, the counsel of his lawyer Satish Maneshinde has also come out in which he has dismissed the allegations of drug dealing on Riya. He said, "Riya has never consumed drugs in her life and she is ready to undergo a blood test." However, Riya has not yet been questioned by the CBI and it is believed that she will be questioned soon.
