A video of the accused is going viral, in which he is saying that after stabbing he killed a female doctor while stabbing her.

The deceased was identified as Yogita Gautam, a junior doctor posted at SN Medical College. Family members said that they live in Shivpuri, Delhi. The daughter was living here on rent in the Noori Darwaza area. According to family members, after taking admission in SN Medical in PG in 2017, he became friends with senior doctor Vivek Tiwari for one year. Vivek is currently a Medical Officer in Orai. Doctor Vivek and Yogita had a friendship for seven years. According to Mitraka's family, Vivek had been pressurizing Yogita to marry for quite some time. But Doctor Yogita flatly refused to marry. For this reason, he has carried out this incident.

Family members say that Dr. Yogita had been missing for two days and she had also lodged a missing report at the police station MM Gate. After the identification of the body, he filed a case of murder on Dr. Vivek Tiwari. Police had detained the accused doctor in the night itself. CCTV footage of Yogita's exit from the house was found by the police. However, the car was not visible in the cameras installed under Smart City.

The accused doctor said this in the confession

Accused Dr. Vikas Tiwari, who was arrested from Orai and brought to Thana Gate, police station, tried to mislead the police by first saying that he was in Orai. However, when the police showed the CDR of CCTV and phone, the doctor confessed his crime. He told that when he met Yogita on Tuesday and made him sit in the car, then he started talking to Yogita. Angry, he strangled Yogita and then took her towards Bamrauli Katara and made several attacks on Yogita's head with a knife placed in the car there. When he was convinced that Yogita had died, he hid the body in the bushes and went back to Orai.

According to the police, the doctor is now very sorry. But the crime he has committed will have to be punished. SSP of Agra Bablu Kumar said that the deceased's friend Dr. Vikas Tiwari had confessed to the Murder. The case is still being investigated.

The family came two days before Yogita was threatened

Dr. Yogita's family says, 'Vikas Tiwari was constantly pressurizing marriage on Yogita. He had threatened Yogita to get his medical degree canceled two days ago. Yogita was very scared after this.
