Sushant Case Live: CBI may Conduct Polygraph Test of Main Accused Including Riya

CBI investigation in the Sushant Singh Rajput case continues on the 9th day. Today (August 29), Riya Chakraborty, her brothers Shouvik, Siddharth Pithani, Samuel Miranda, and Neeraj will be questioned again. Riya was questioned for about 10 hours on the 8th day. Main Aryans Including Riya can have a Polygraph Test

According to the latest Times Now report, the CBI may conduct a polygraph or lie detector test of the main accused and witnesses in the case. The accused include Riya Chakraborty, her brothers Shouvik, Siddharth Pithani, Neeraj and Samuel Miranda. However, with the approval of those who have to undergo lie detection for the polygraph test, the lawyer also has to take it along with permission from the Judicial Magistrate. The results of this test cannot be presented as evidence but put it in the final report. On the other hand, if the accused refuses for the test, it is also written in the final report.

Samuel Miranda and Mumbai Police reached DRDO Guest House

The CBI team is in the DRDO guest house for further investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput case. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police team and Samuel Miranda have also reached there. Siddharth Pithani, Keshav, and Neeraj also reached the guest house.
